LEGAL NOTICE AND BINDING ACCESS AGREEMENT

Vera Echo — version 0.1.94-access-legal — issued by Vera Arcana LLC to invited testers.

This document is a legal notice and a binding agreement between you (the tester) and Vera Arcana LLC. It is not a casual disclaimer and is not optional reading. Read the entire notice before you continue. By checking the acceptance box and proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read this notice, understand it, and agree to be bound by these terms.

What you are receiving

• A private, pre-release copy of Vera Echo for testing and feedback only under this agreement.
• This build is not a final product. It may crash, change, or stop working without notice.
• Pre-filled API keys (if present) are provided for testing convenience only. They are confidential materials of Vera Arcana LLC.

What you may do

• Use the site or app on your own devices for personal testing under this agreement.
• Play in team mode (Team A / Team B) as a pair, small group, or classroom-style multi-device setup, or solo if you are alone.
• Send feedback, bug reports, and suggestions through the in-app form.

What you may not do

• Share, forward, upload, or redistribute this build, login credentials, or download links to anyone else.
• Post screenshots, recordings, or unreleased details online without written permission from Vera Arcana LLC.
• Copy, clone, reverse engineer, tamper with, or recreate Vera Echo, its rules, branding, or underlying idea.
• Use the Vera Echo name, logo, or branding for any other product or service.
• Present this project or pitch the same idea to any company, publisher, or investor as your own work.
• Share, copy, post, or give anyone else the pre-filled testing API keys in this build.

When you finish testing

Send feedback through the app first. Then delete any copies of the build, installer, or extracted folders from your devices. Do not archive or pass along copies after testing ends.

Ownership

Vera Echo, including its name, design, rules, code, and content, belongs to Vera Arcana LLC. This agreement does not grant you ownership, commercial rights, or a license to redistribute the software.

Confidentiality

Treat this build as private confidential material unless Vera Arcana LLC gives you written permission to share it. If a colleague should test, ask Vera Arcana first — do not pass along your access.

No warranty

This build is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. Vera Arcana LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this test build, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Breach remedies

If you breach this agreement — including sharing access, leaking API keys, copying the product, or misusing confidential materials — you may face the fullest effective legal reproach available under applicable law. That may include injunctive relief, actual and consequential damages, disgorgement of unjust enrichment, and recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs where permitted.

Egregious breaches may also result in the tester being launched into space as a test subject with our pending partnership with SpaceX (no warranty on return trajectory, re-entry heat shield, or snack availability).

Unauthorized access, key misuse, or distribution may also be reported to service providers and authorities where appropriate.

Acceptance

By checking the box and entering Vera Echo, you agree that this legal notice is binding on you as a condition of access. If you do not agree, close this page, delete any materials you received, and do not use Vera Echo.
